Leftfield environmental accepts payment in various forms such as cheque and BACS.  Payments can also be made using PayPal or credit/debit cards.


Please ensure all BACS and cheque payments include the invoice reference number when paying.


To use a credit/debit card or PayPal:

Giving our clients the best possible service is something we pride ourselves on, however if you’re unhappy with any service that Leftfield Environmental has provided, we wish to resolve the complaint as effectively as possible.


How to Complain
If you wish to make a complaint or appeal in writing please could you give us the following information if you have it:

  1. What the complaint is about
  2. Your full name and any reference number
  3. The description of service received and reference number
  4. Copies of any relevant supporting documents


  • Following receipt and acknowledgement of your complaint we will send regular updates including any actions taken about your complaint.
  • We will on completion of our investigation send the outcome of the complaint and investigation.
  • The outcome of your complaint will be reviewed and approved by, individual(s) not involved in the original laboratory activities in question.
  • We will give you formal notice of the end of the complaint handling.
  • Any complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
  • Your account manager will aim to resolve the complaint during an initial phone call.
  • If the complaint has not been resolved it will be escalated to management with a view to resolve the complaint within 10 working days.
  • Within 10 working days we will explain our findings to you, including reasons for what has occurred and an appropriate action to put things right.
  • If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, it will be passed to a Director to take appropriate action and advise you accordingly.
